This title has been acquired though legal process by Manorial Title Register Ltd, which involves a firm of solicitors and an independent researcher.  Kevin Norris of Manorial Counsel Ltd should be shut down and his complicit solicitors struck off for fraudulently submitting notices to the Official Gazette.

It is not a simple case of claiming a title then making oneself the 15th Earl???? He does not hold this title as the legal process was completed by Manorial Title Register Ltd. The title does not possess a complete set of deeds, therefore, there is not a 15th or 16th in line. A 15th or 16th holder in line can only be when there is a complete set of deeds.
