ORIGINAL DEEDS
Be very cautious as they try to make the viewer think that their titles are genuine because they come with original deeds. All the deeds show is who was the legitimate holder at the date of the manuscript. Original manuscripts do not give the seller any right to sell it, or the holder to think that because they own a few original deeds that these confirm their rightful ownership. The deeds do nothing of the sort.
Their insurance cover/certificate is completely fictitious. They are breaking UK law as one needs to be FCA registered in order to offer insurance cover. This verges on fraudulent behaviour to mislead viewers into thinking that because their title is insured, it must be genuine. None of this platforms titles are genuine. You'll be ripped off folks if you buy from them. If you are considering purchasing a title from them, would it not be a good idea to instruct an independent solicitor to act for you.
