is legally held by Stephen Brian Else

This is a full title with a complete set of deeds from when it was created.  The title had remained in a family and was purchased by Stephen Brian Else on the 12th August 2022.

Then why does Manorial Counsel have this title for sale on their website?????

and why do Nobility.co.uk also have this title for sale on their website?????

THIS TITLE IS NOT CURRENTLY FOR SALE.   THE CURRENT LEGAL HOLDER IS NOT SELLING THIS TITLE, OR AT LEAST NOT THIS YEAR.

As you can see, Manorial Counsel and Nobility.co.uk are in the habit of selling other peoples titles and as a consequence it will lead to problems for them.

My advice is to steer clear clear of the Manorial Counsel and Nobility.co.uk as anyone buying this title from them will be involved in legal action as well as The Gazette being informed and the Legal Ombudsman.
