Leading Authority

MANORIAL COUNSEL LTD
is NOT the leading authority in the UK

The leading authority is Manorial Society of Great Britain who have been established far longer than Manorial Counsel Ltd and deal with titles that have complete sets of deeds.

Manorial Counsel have far too many titles for sale for those to be legal. In my research, I have found the legal holders of many titles which first appear to be dormant. Many titles which appear dormant, are in actual fact either escheat, held by the Church, held by a University, held by a family of Nobility (Duke (Duchy), Earl, Baron) or a normal family who are heir) or held by parish and town councils. Therefore, a considerable amount of research is required. It can take me two months to research one title. I expect Manorial Counsel and other platforms take less than one hour.

Manorial Counsels website is misleading. Apart from the fact that they are not a Leading Authority of any kind, but a company out to make a profit, their platform misleads the viewer into thinking that leading Barristers found a way to reinstate old titles????? That is completely untrue. I have copies of Manorial Counsels legal documentation that were sent to me by two of their clients and an investigative journalist bought a title in order to see what the legal documentation consisted of. Throughout their legal documentation they refer to 'Quiet Enjoyment' of a title without specifying any law or section of law?????? A high court judge deemed these documents as invalid.

'Quiet Enjoyment' is written within the common possession law.

Manorial Counsel cannot reinstate any dormant title as they do not have any legal right to. Only the Crown can reinstate a title. Therefore the titles are in name only and not linked to the original lordship.

Manorial Counsel ltd (Kevin Norris) and his fraudulent solicitors, Hattons, are grossly misleading their viewers and clients about their false claim that a Barrister has researched and found a way to re-instate a title. That is simply not true and the leading lawyer of manorial law, Michael Baxendale, will confirm this. Also the Manorial Society of Great Britain which is the leading authority on manorial titles, will also confirm this after undertaking a thorough investigation to find this Barrister.  The fact is that no Barrister will put their name to it and no Barrister will support Kevin Norris in his fraudulent claim.

Therefore all those who have purchased a title from Manorial Counsel (Kevin Norris) need to seek legal advice and certainly not the advice of Hattons solicitors who should be struck off.
